How do I pay and cancel?
Checkout is handled by our payment partner, who acts as the reseller (Merchant of Record): cards and other popular payment methods. Cancel anytime with “Manage subscription” — Pro stays until the end of the paid period. See the Refund policy.
How do credits work?
Credits are spent only on costly AI actions: 10 credits per translated image, 52 per minute of dubbing, 4 per Video Text Remover video (Free — 3 videos once, Pro — up to 6 a day), 2 per hook voiceover. So 1000 credits are ≈ 100 images or ≈ 19 min of dubbing. If an action fails, the credits come back. Free gets 100 credits once, Pro gets 1000 every month (monthly on the yearly plan too); unused monthly credits expire. Subtitles, regular translation and everything that runs in the browser need no credits.
Can I use After Effects without Pro?
Yes. The free CT Subs script builds lines, karaoke, typewriter and word-by-word subtitles. The Pro panel adds transcription inside AE, animated styles and translation.
Are my files uploaded?
Browser tools never upload your files. Video Text Remover and the AE panel send files only for processing and don’t store them. See the Privacy page.
